2009 State Track Meet

The 2009 track season is in the books.

At the state meet we had several school records, medalists, and PR's.

Some highlights:

400 Relay for girls missed finals by 1 spot (we were 9 out of 16 in the prelims). This is the first sprint relay Byng has ever had qualify for State Meet.

100m Dash - Sydney Loggins was same as above relay. Missed by .09s

*3200 Relay- Medal winners in 6th place with a school record of 10:24

*3200 Run - Miranda Claxton got 5th with a school record 12:03

In the boys 3200, Josh Howard ran his best time of the season 10:29 for 8th place.

1600m Josh was 9th with a personal best 4:49
